EMRT Professional Paccar GHG17 NOx Emulator
Internal PCB "Stealth" Solution for MX-11 & MX-13 Engines (2017–2021)
The EMRT Professional Paccar GHG17 NOx Emulator is a high-precision internal PCB solution engineered for the stringent emissions standards found in modern Kenworth fleets. Designed for seamless integration into the T610, T410, and K200/K220 platforms, this module fits directly inside the original downstream sensor electronics housing to provide a permanent, invisible fix for persistent NOx faults.
Key Features
Advanced GHG17 Compliance: Specifically calibrated for the high-sensitivity emissions monitoring found in 2017–2021 Paccar MX-11 and MX-13 engines.
Downstream Signal Synthesis: Reports a stable, "clean" NOx value to the ECM, effectively bypassing the expensive "Efficiency Below Threshold" codes that trigger power-limiting torque derates.
Invisible "Stealth" Integration: The PCB board is designed to be housed within the factory sensor body, maintaining the original wiring harness and a 100% factory appearance.
Active SCR Preservation: Your SCR system remains fully operational. This module manages the sensor signal independently, allowing the system to continue dosing without triggering emissions faults.
Dead Catalyst Recovery: Guarantees 100% signal stability and prevents "Limp Mode," even if the SCR catalyst is end-of-life or the AdBlue injector is failing.
Emulated Components
Downstream NOx Sensor (Stable pre-tailpipe digital signal reporting).
