Struggling with SCR or DPF System Faults?
Modern diesel engines rely on complex after-treatment systems such as SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction / AdBlue) and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) to meet emissions standards.

However, faults within these systems are a common cause of downtime for operators across Australia and New Zealand, often leading to:

-
Engine Limp Mode: Reduced power and torque, severely impacting performance
-
Costly Downtime: Hours or days lost diagnosing faults, sourcing parts, and resetting the ECU
-
Reduced Productivity: Delays in transport, agriculture, and construction operations

EMRT Emulators - Simulating Healthy Emissions Systems:
EMRT Emulators – Simulating Healthy Emissions Systems
Our advanced electronic emulators interface directly with your vehicle’s CAN network, simulating the signals of a correctly functioning SCR, DPF, or AdBlue system.

How It Helps:
When components within the SCR or DPF system fail or degrade, the emulator provides the ECU with stable operational data. This prevents engine derate conditions and allows continued operation.

Applications:
These units are commonly used for diagnostic purposes, fault finding, or temporary use in off-highway and permitted applications to bypass immediate downtime caused by emissions system faults.

EMRT DTC Fault Code Cleaner:
Quick Resets When You Need Them
Fault codes related to AdBlue, SCR and DPF systems can trigger warnings and restrict vehicle operation. Our DTC Cleaner is a simple plug-and-play tool designed for the following situations:

Clear Inactive Codes: Acts as a “Clear All” function for stored inactive fault codes in the ECU
Reset Limp Mode Timers: Allows operators to reset countdown timers triggered by SCR or emissions-related faults
User-Friendly: No diagnostic tools required—simply plug in and operate
Important:
The DTC Cleaner does not clear active physical faults. It is designed for managing inactive codes and temporary limp mode conditions only.

Flexibility for Diagnostics and Temporary Use:
EMRT emulators and DTC cleaners provide practical solutions for diagnostic scenarios and temporary operation when immediate repairs are not feasible.
Once the underlying fault has been properly repaired using OEM procedures, these devices can be removed, returning the vehicle to standard operating condition.
