This unit is specifically engineered for installations where the original sensor connector is damaged or where a permanent, hard-wired integration into the vehicle's electrical harness is preferred for maximum reliability.

Installation Overview

Ideal for custom installations or repairing damaged factory wiring:

  • Locate the NOx sensor wiring on the chassis or engine harness.

  • Connect the emulator wires (Power, Ground, and CAN-bus lines) as per the provided wiring diagram.

  • Seal all connections using high-quality heat-shrink or waterproof connectors.

  • Secure the module to a protected area of the chassis rail. Result: Immediate NOx signal restoration and permanent torque derate cancellation.
