EMRT Professional Dual NOx Sensor Emulator – MAN Euro 6 (2013–2018)

Inlet & Outlet "Stealth" PCB Solution for EDC17CV42 Systems

The EMRT Professional MAN Euro 6 Dual NOx Emulator is a sophisticated PCB-based solution designed to manage the high-sensitivity emissions monitoring found in 2013–2018 MAN fleets. This single, compact module emulates both the Inlet (Pre-Catalyst) and Outlet (Post-Catalyst) sensors, providing a discreet, permanent fix for dual-sensor faults without altering the vehicle’s external appearance.

Key Features

  • Dual-Sensor Emulation – Replaces both the inlet and outlet NOx sensors with a single, synchronized digital module, streamlining the repair process for complex Euro 6 faults.

  • Internal PCB Integration – Engineered for "stealth" installation directly inside the original sensor electronics housing, utilizing factory wiring to maintain a completely original look.

  • SCR System Compatibility – Works in perfect harmony with a functioning SCR system. There is no need to disable any components, making it an ideal choice for vehicles with declining catalyst or injector efficiency.

  • Precision Data Balancing – Reports stable nitrogen oxide levels for both pre- and post-catalyst readings, effectively preventing "Efficiency Below Threshold" codes and the resulting severe Euro 6 torque derates.

Emulated Components

  • Inlet NOx Sensor (Stable pre-catalyst exhaust data reporting).

  • Outlet NOx Sensor (Stable post-catalyst nitrogen oxide level reporting).
