Installation Requirements
CRITICAL: Pre-Installation Service Routine To ensure the Engine Management System (MCM) synchronises correctly with the emulator, the following steps must be followed:
Reset: Perform the "DPF Ash Accumulator" service routine using Detroit Diagnostic Link (or equivalent) before connecting the emulator.
Replace: Disconnect the factory ACM and install the EMRT Professional Emulator in its place.
Protect: Fit the included protective cap to the factory connector.
Exhaust: To prevent turbocharger damage, the physical DPF filter must be modified (drilled/hollowed) or replaced with a standard muffler.
