The EMRT Professional SCR / DOC Emulator is a heavy-duty, dedicated solution for Liebherr excavators equipped with D9xx A7 04 engines and the ECU2-HD engine controller. This unit provides a complete bypass of the SCR and DOC systems, ensuring your high-capacity machinery maintains full power without the risk of AdBlue-related downtime.

Full SCR & DOC Emulation – Replaces all signals for the AdBlue dosing and oxidation catalyst systems, preventing performance loss and "Limp Mode."
Automatic Derate Cancellation – Torque reduction is automatically disabled. No diagnostic tool or software reset is required to restore full machine performance.
ECU2-HD Specialised Support – Fully compatible with the internal SCR system tests performed by the high-definition (HD) engine controllers.
Ruggedised Industrial Build – Housed in a 100% waterproof casing and manufactured with industrial-grade components to survive the extreme conditions of heavy earthmoving.
Instant Inactive Faults – Once installed and the engine reaches operating temperature, all SCR/DOC faults will automatically become inactive.
