The EMRT Plug & Play solution offers a simplified, non-intrusive method for the permanent deactivation of both the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Diesel Particulate Filter / Diffuser (DPF/DPD) systems on Isuzu Stage V engines. Emulated Components
The EMRT module outputs precise simulated data streams to the Engine ECM, completely replacing and overriding the following factory electronic components:
Upstream (Inlet) and Downstream (Outlet) NOx Sensors
AdBlue (Urea) Quality and Level Sensor
DCU (Dosing Control Unit)

DPF/DPD Differential Pressure Sensors
Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensors
 
Simple Installation Guide
Wire Integration: Connect the designated harness wires to the factory system as per the included EMRT wiring schematic.
System Sync: The emulator will automatically begin broadcasting the correct SCR and DPF parameters to the ECM upon start-up.
Physical Modification: For the best operational results and to prevent exhaust back-pressure, it is recommended to ensure the DPF/DPD filter core is bypassed or cleared, ensuring an unobstructed exhaust flow.
