The EMRT Professional DAF EAS3 PCB Emulator is a high-precision internal module designed for workshops and fleet owners who require a discreet, permanent fix for SCR and DPF failures. Engineered to be installed directly inside the original outlet NOx sensor housing, this solution restores 100% engine torque while maintaining a completely factory appearance.
Key Features
Seamless Internal Integration: The custom-engineered PCB is designed specifically to be housed within the original factory DAF outlet NOx sensor casing, utilising the existing internal connections for a clean, "stealth" installation.
Full EAS3 System Synthesis: Digitally emulates the entire aftertreatment network, including the SCR dosing unit and the DPF soot-load signals.
Invisible Installation: Once the housing is closed, there are no visible wires or external modules, making it completely undetectable during routine servicing or roadside inspections.
Automatic Torque Restoration: Features smart-sync technology that automatically communicates "System Normal" to the Paccar MX Engine Management System. It clears performance-limiting limp modes and soot-related derates.
Ruggedised for ANZ Conditions: Built to withstand the high-vibration and extreme temperature environments typical of Australian heavy-duty transport.

Note: The Inlet (Engine-side) NOx sensor is an integral part of the MX engine management and remains active to ensure correct fuel mapping.

Identification: Compatible with vehicles utilising the EAS3 system (identifiable by the separate components rather than the later compact EAS4 box).
Installation Overview
Discreet Workshop Integration:
Remove the original electronics from the factory outlet NOx sensor housing.
Insert the EMRT Professional PCB into the casing.
Close the housing and reconnect it to the factory wiring harness.
Done. The truck will now receive "System Normal" signals across the entire SCR and DPF network.
