The EMRT Professional DAF LF / Cummins QC Emulator is a high-performance, non-invasive recovery tool designed for engines utilising the Cummins QSB4.5 and QSB6.7 platforms. Featuring a factory-spec "Quick Connect" interface, this module allows for an instant bypass of the SCR architecture, restoring full engine torque in seconds—even if the Grundfos/Emitec pump has suffered a total electrical failure.

Grundfos/Emitec Specialisation: Specifically engineered to replace the failure-prone pump units common in Australian-spec DAF LF delivery trucks and regional school bus fleets.
Automatic Activation: Features smart-sync technology that automatically activates and communicates with the Cummins Engine Management System upon connection.

AdBlue Tank Sensors (Level and Temperature).

Installation Overview
Installs in seconds:
Disconnect the power/data plug from the faulty SCR pump or ECU.
Connect the EMRT Professional QC Emulator directly to the vehicle harness.
Done. The engine will now receive "System Normal" signals and restore full torque.
