EMRT SCR Emulator for Hitachi-Isuzu (Tier 4 Final & Stage V*)
 
The EMRT Plug & Play solution offers a simplified, non-intrusive method for the permanent deactivation of the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system on Isuzu Tier 4 Final (T4F) and Stage V* engines. Engineered for the rigours of Australian conditions, this unit prevents engine derating and fault codes without the need for complex ECM remapping.

Emulated Components
The EMRT module outputs precise simulated signals to the Engine ECM for the following sensors and actuators:

Simple Installation Guide
Wire Integration: Connect the four designated harness wires to the factory system as per the included EMRT wiring schematic.
System Sync: The emulator will automatically begin outputting the correct data to the ECM upon start-up.
Physical Bypass: For the best results and to prevent back-pressure, it is recommended to ensure the exhaust flow is unobstructed.

*Important Note on Stage V Models
This EMRT module is designed primarily for engines featuring an SCR catalyst only.
Stage V Support: While usable on Isuzu Stage V engines equipped with both SCR and DPF systems, DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) emulation is not supported in this release. * Development: Full, integrated support for Stage V SCR and DPF is currently under development.
