The EMRT Professional Mercedes-Benz Euro 5 Wired Emulator is a ruggedised, permanent solution designed for integration into the Actros MP4 series. This module provides a complete digital synthesis of the entire AdBlue/SCR architecture, ensuring your vehicle maintains 100% torque even if the ACM2/ACM2.1 (Aftertreatment Control Module) or its associated sensors have suffered a total failure.

Full ACM2/ACM2.1 System Emulation: Unlike basic sensor bypasses, this module emulates the entire Aftertreatment Control Module network, allowing you to disconnect or bypass faulty hardware completely.
Hard-Wired Reliability: Designed for a secure, permanent connection directly into the factory wiring harness—ideal for long-haul chassis where extreme vibration can fatigue standard connectors.
Dual NOx & Temperature Management: Provides high-fidelity digital reporting for both the Upstream and Downstream NOx sensors, as well as the combined exhaust temperature array.
Automatic Torque Restoration: Features smart-sync technology that automatically communicates "System Normal" to the Engine Management System upon connection. No specialised dealer tools are required for activation.
Ruggedised for ANZ Conditions: Fully resin-sealed and waterproofed (once installed) to withstand the high-heat and high-vibration environments of Australian line-haul and regional routes.

Installation Overview
This wired module offers the flexibility of a permanent workshop installation:
Locate the SCR wiring harness near the ACM or the exhaust assembly.
Integrate the EMRT Professional wires into the factory loom (following the included wiring diagram).
Seal the connection with heat-shrink or a waterproof junction box.
Restore full power by clearing active emissions faults.
