The EMRT Professional Volvo/Renault DXi Emulator is a ruggedised, wired solution designed for permanent integration into vehicles utilising the Volvo/Renault Euro 4, Euro 5, and EEV aftertreatment architectures. This module provides a complete digital bypass of the SCR system, ensuring 100% torque restoration even if the ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module), dosing pump, or NOx sensors have suffered a total failure.

Installation Overview
This wired module offers the flexibility of a permanent workshop installation:
Locate the SCR wiring harness (typically near the ACM or the chassis-mounted pump).
Integrate the EMRT Professional wires into the factory loom (following the included wiring diagram).
Seal the connection with heat-shrink or a waterproof junction box.
Restore full power by clearing active emissions faults.
