The EMRT Professional Volvo V4 Euro 5 SW Emulator is our most advanced "all-in-one" recovery module for the 2013–2017 FH(4) and FM(4) series. In addition to a complete digital bypass of the SCR system, this specialised version features integrated steering wheel button control. This allows the driver to toggle the emulation ON or OFF instantly using the factory controls, providing unparalleled flexibility for various operating environments.

Steering Wheel Button Control: The industry-first "SW" feature allows you to enable or disable the emulation manually using specific button sequences on the factory steering wheel. No external switches or hidden buttons required.
Version 4 (V4) Chassis Support: Engineered specifically for the 2013–2017 "New Shape" FH and FM models utilising the Euro 5 / EEV engine platform and the ACM V1 (Black Plug) architecture.
Instant Mode Switching: Switch from "Emulation Mode" (Full Torque, No AdBlue) to "Factory Mode" (Standard Operation) in seconds. Perfect for vehicles that operate between private worksites and public highways.
Full ACM V1 Synthesis: Digitally emulates the entire aftertreatment network, resolving all "AdBlue System Fault" codes and preventing terminal power derates when active.
Ruggedised for ANZ Conditions: Fully resin-sealed and waterproofed to withstand the extreme vibration and dust typical of Australian regional haulage.
