The EMRT Professional Volvo/Renault NOx Emulator is a ruggedised, wired solution designed for permanent integration into the vehicle’s electrical architecture. This module provides a high-fidelity digital replacement for the original NOx sensor, ensuring the Engine Management System (EMS) receives stable data even if the original sensor has failed or the SCR catalyst efficiency has declined.

Hard-Wired Reliability: Designed for a secure, permanent connection directly into the factory wiring harness. This is the ideal solution for vehicles with damaged factory connectors or for workshops requiring a permanent "stealth" install.
Full EEV & Euro 5 Compatibility: Specifically calibrated for the Volvo D11, D13, and D16 engines, as well as Renault DXi platforms used between 2008 and 2013.
Active SCR Support: Fully compatible with a functioning SCR system. No deactivation is required, allowing your fleet to remain operational while bypassing sensor-specific faults and torque derates.
Industrial Durability: Fully waterproof once installed, this module is built to survive the extreme temperatures and high-vibration environments typical of Australian long-haul and regional routes.
 
Emulated Components
NOx Sensor: Provides stable, consistent nitrogen oxide level readings to the Engine Control Unit (ECU) via the CAN-bus.

Installation Overview
This wired module offers the flexibility of a permanent workshop installation:
Locate the NOx sensor wiring on the chassis.
Integrate the EMRT Professional wires into the factory loom (following the included wiring diagram).
Seal the connection with heat-shrink or a waterproof junction box.
Restore full power by clearing inactive "Ghost Codes."
