The EMRT Professional Volvo/Renault Euro 6 Dual Emulator is a high-precision internal PCB solution designed to manage both the Inlet and Outlet NOx sensor signals simultaneously. Engineered for the high-sensitivity emissions standards of the Volvo FH(4) and FM(4) range, this module fits directly inside the original sensor electronics housing to provide a permanent, invisible fix for persistent "Efficiency Below Threshold" faults.

Seamless Internal Integration: Designed to be housed within the original factory sensor casing, maintaining the vehicle’s 100% factory appearance and original wiring harness.
Active SCR Preservation: Your SCR system remains fully operational. This module allows the system to continue dosing while optimising the sensor data reported to the ECU, preventing power-limiting torque derates.
Dead Catalyst Recovery: Provides consistent, high-accuracy readings to the Engine Control Unit, ensuring the vehicle remains out of limp mode even if the SCR catalyst is at end-of-life or AdBlue injector efficiency has declined.
Ruggedised for ANZ Duty Cycles: Calibrated to handle the extreme heat and heavy-duty duty cycles typical of Australian B-Double and Road Train applications.
