Designed specifically for US-spec Volvo and Mack trucks (2014–2024), this "Plug & Play" device allows you to clear active fault codes, exit performance-limiting limp modes, reset soot levels, and initiate a forced parked regeneration—all without the need for a laptop, Wi-Fi, or specialised workshop software.
 
Key Capabilities
Clear All DTCs: Instantly wipes Diagnostic Trouble Codes from all onboard ECUs (J1708 and J1939 protocols).
Derate & Limp Mode Disable: Clears the "5 km/h" or "40% Torque" derate timers, allowing the truck to return to full power.
Soot Level Reset: Resets the digital soot-load counters after a DPF cleaning or replacement.
Forced Parked Regeneration: The only standalone tool that can trigger a full DPF burn-off at the roadside or in the yard.

Operating Instructions
For DTC Clearing, Derate Removal, or Soot Reset:
Ignition: Switch the ignition to the ON position (engine off).
Connect: Plug the tool into the truck’s diagnostic port (HD-OBD).
Green (Blinking): The tool is clearing all DTCs across all control modules.
Green (Solid): Fault codes are cleared.
Blue: The tool is performing the Derate Disable waiting time.
Red: The Soot Level Reset procedure is in progress.
Green (Final): All routines are complete. The truck is ready for operation.
 
To Perform a Forced Parked Regeneration:
Preparation: Apply the parking brake.
Temperature: Start the engine and idle until coolant reaches at least 180°F (82°C).
Connect: Plug the tool in; the regeneration cycle will begin automatically within seconds.
Duration: The cycle takes 20–60 minutes. You can stop the process at any time by simply unplugging the tool.
