The EMRT Professional Volvo USA Dual Emulator is a high-precision internal PCB solution engineered to manage both the Inlet and Outlet NOx sensor signals for engines meeting US14 (GHG14) and US17 (GHG17) standards. Designed for seamless integration into the VNL and VNX platforms, this module fits directly inside the original sensor electronics housing to provide a permanent, invisible fix for persistent "Efficiency Below Threshold" faults.

Dual-Channel Digital Synthesis: A single PCB device that emulates the precise digital signals required for both the Inlet (pre-catalyst) and Outlet (post-catalyst) NOx sensors.
Seamless "Stealth" Integration: Designed to be housed within the original factory sensor casing, maintaining the vehicle’s 100% factory appearance and protecting the original wiring harness.
Active SCR Preservation: Your SCR system remains fully operational. This module allows the system to continue dosing while optimising the sensor data reported to the Engine Control Module (ECM), preventing power-limiting torque derates.
Dead Catalyst Recovery: Provides consistent, high-accuracy readings to the ECM, ensuring the vehicle remains out of "Limp Mode" even if the SCR catalyst is end-of-life or AdBlue/DEF injector efficiency has declined.
Industrial Reliability: Calibrated to handle the high-vibration and extreme temperature duty cycles typical of heavy-duty US-spec chassis operating in the AU/NZ region.
