The EMRT Professional DAF NOx Emulator is a specialized, single-PCB device designed to emulate both the Inlet and Outlet NOx sensors simultaneously. Engineered specifically for the DAF Euro 4/5 platform (including Paccar MX engines), this solution is designed for internal installation within the original sensor electronics housing, providing a discreet and permanent fix for sensor-related faults.

Dual-Sensor Emulation – Replaces the signals for both the inlet and outlet NOx sensors in one compact, high-fidelity module.
OEM Housing Integration – The PCB is designed to fit perfectly inside the original sensor electronics housing for a "stealth" installation and maximum protection.
Catalyst Efficiency Bypass – Provides stable, pre-set NOx readings for both pre-catalyst and post-catalyst positions, preventing derates even if the catalyst or AdBlue injector efficiency is reduced.
SCR System Compatible – Designed to work alongside a functioning SCR system without requiring it to be disabled, ensuring the vehicle remains in a stable operational state.
Stable Digital Signal – Eliminates "intermittent signal" faults caused by degraded sensor ceramics or moisture ingress in the original units.
 
Emulated Components
Inlet NOx Sensor: Provides a constant, "healthy" pre-catalyst exhaust reading.
Outlet NOx Sensor: Provides a stable post-catalyst nitrogen oxide level reading to satisfy ECM efficiency checks.

Installation Overview
This unit is an internal component replacement:
Open the original NOx sensor electronics housing.
Replace the factory PCB with the EMRT Professional Emulator board.
Reseal the housing. This method ensures all factory wiring and connectors remain untouched and 100% weather-protected.
